Moving from NM to Maricopa AZ may be your next big adventure.  What is luring you to Arizona?  Relocating for work?  Moving closer to family? Need a change of scenery?  The move to Arizona doesn’t have to be too stressful if you plan it right.  You will probably want to have employment set up and somewhere to live.  Those are the two most important and most worrisome.  There are plenty of jobs in the Phoenix metro area and plenty of homes too!

If you are unfamiliar with the Phoenix area you may want to make a weekend visit and check out the area.  Do as much research prior as you can.  Maricopa is within commuting distance to Phoenix and you will find great prices on homes.  I know the ins and outs of real estate in the valley so if you have any questions, please ask.

You will want to obtain a pre-qualification from a mortgage lender to see what type of financing you will have, how long it will take to close on the house, and how much you are qualified for.  This will be your first step to purchasing a home.  If you need a recommendation you can click here.  There is no cost or obligation to speak with a mortgage professional to find this out.

I often write about relocating from the east coast to Arizona, but one thing I am glad to say about moving from New Mexico to Arizona is that you can go back and visit by car.  Start looking at homes now and when you are ready to make that move, contact me and I can guide you through the process.
