Do you work in the Phoenix area?
You want a shorter commute so I’d suggest looking at Cobblestone Farms, Rancho el Dorado, Acacia Crossings, or The Villages at Rancho el Dorado. They are on the north end of Maricopa and you can get up to the Phoenix area quickest.
You want a community pool?
Try Cobblestone Farms, The Villages at Rancho el Dorado, Glennwilde Groves, Desert Passage/Smith Farms, or Province (55+ community). They all have great community pools to splash around in.
Do you work at Harrah’s Ak Chin, The Ultrastar Multitainment Center, or Casa Grande?
Try looking into Maricopa Meadows, Alterra, Senita, Glennwilde Groves, Santa Rosa Springs, Desert Cedars, or Palo Brea. They are on the south side of Maricopa providing easy access to these areas.
Want some peace and quiet?
Take a look at Tortosa, Sorrento or Rancho Mirage. They are subdivision homes a little farther out there on the east side of Maricopa a few miles down Honeycutt Rd.
Like a golf course community?
Rancho el Dorado has The Duke at Rancho el Dorado for your golfing enjoyment.
Would you like a lake subdivision?
Rancho el Dorado, The Villages at Rancho el Dorado, The Lakes at Rancho el Dorado, Maricopa Meadows, Rancho Mirage, Province (55+ community), Homestead, Glennwilde Groves, or Cobblestone Farms. They all have beautiful lakes!
