Homes for Sale in Rancho el Dorado – Maricopa, AZ

rancho-el-dorado

Rancho el Dorado is a subdivision on the northern border of the city of Maricopa in Arizona where I live and work.  This subdivision has a golf course in its center called The Duke at Rancho el Dorado and also has a restaurant, The Silver Spur Grill.  There are also children’s playgrounds, a beautiful lake with a fountain, basketball courts, and an outdoor common area.  The homes in Rancho el Dorado began construction in 2002, just before Maricopa’s incorporation as the 88th city in Arizona in 2003.  To read an in depth history of Maricopa click here.
