Homes for sale in Rancho el Dorado – Maricopa, AZ
Sure, I assist people in buying and selling homes throughout the east valley but why not write about my own neighborhood where I live in Rancho el Dorado, Maricopa, AZ! The Rancho el Dorado subdivision, along with Cobblestone, are both at the northern most point of the city of Maricopa. The biggest perk is that you can get in and out of Maricopa quickest if you need to get up to the valley area for work or play. It’s just a short drive up State Road 347 until you hit Chandler, AZ. It only takes 20-25 minutes to get to east Phoenix.
The homes in Rancho el Dorado were built in 2002-2003 which makes it one of the older subdivisions in Maricopa. There is a beautiful golf course in the center of the subdivision called The Duke at Ranch el Dorado and a restaurant called The Silver Spur Grill.
There are two other subdivisions: The Villages at Ranch el Dorado and The Lakes at Rancho el Dorado. The Villages has some great amenities like two community pools, a rec room, and a fitness center. The Lakes have, well… lakes. Definitely a great option if you are looking for a waterfront property.
You may be concerned about the wash in Rancho el Dorado. Read my previous article if you want to know if the wash floods… Does the Wash in Rancho el Dorado Flood?
